It is a remaster, not a remake

Updated 2026-10-18

I typed the misspellings myself. Remake, remasterd, and remaster all describe the box that says Remastered. The fight system, map, and sprites are the PSP game with a new coat, not a new combat system written in 2026.

What 'remaster' means here

A remake would rebuild battles, maps, and scenes. This release does not. TOSE updated the PSP version: higher resolution targets, a graphics toggle, a new English dub, quality-of-life from the publisher's list, and the cuts that come from using PSP as the base. The difference list is the evidence. If you wanted Arise-style free run combat, this is not that game.

The word on the logo is Remastered. 'Remaster' without the -ed is the same product. 'Remasterd' is a typo search engines already fold back. I am not making a separate page for each spelling.

What still feels old, on purpose
