Platforms
Six platforms, and two that are not here
Updated 2026-10-18
I copied the platform list off the Bandai Namco JSON-LD and then checked it against Steam's platform flags. Six storefronts. Windows only on PC. Xbox One is not in the list, and I will not add it to be polite.
Official targets
| Platform | Top resolution | Frame rate | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| PS5 | 3840×2160 | Up to 60 | PS4 digital purchase includes the PS5 build. |
| PS4 | 1920×1080 | Up to 60 | Playable on PS5 by backward compatibility. |
| Xbox Series X | 3840×2160 | Up to 60 | Store tag also says 60fps+. |
| Xbox Series S | 2560×1440 | Up to 60 | Not Xbox One. |
| Switch 2 | 4K docked / 1080p handheld | Up to 60 | Separate purchase from Switch. |
| Switch | 1080p docked / 720p handheld | Up to 60 | Runs on Switch 2 with that hardware's boost. Still the Switch build. |
| Steam | Up to 3840×2160 | Up to 60 in the recommended setup | Steam Deck: see below. |
The published specification table lists 21 save slots: 20 manual and 1 auto. Its recommended space to reserve is about 10 GB on Switch 2, 8 GB on Switch, 10 GB on PS5, 11 GB on PS4, 10 GB on Xbox, and 9 GB on Steam. These are not measured installed sizes. Rechecked on 18 October 2026, the Nintendo US Switch page lists 5.4 GB for the Switch build, including when that build runs on Switch 2. The native Switch 2 page lists 7 GB. The current Steam system requirements ask for 8 GB available space, rather than the Japanese spec table's 9 GB. File size, reserved space, and update size are different measures.
PC and Steam Deck
Steam's own flags are windows: true, mac: false, linux: false. I found no GOG listing. RPG Site's handheld piece (Mikhail Madnani, 14 October 2026) says the Deck build is verified and that the docked default locks 720p unless you add SteamDeck=0 %command% to the launch options. His load-time notes: title screen about 13–15 seconds on Deck, under a second to load a save. I have not timed a Deck myself; those seconds are his.
- Switch vs Switch 2 — the decision that actually changes your purchase.
- Joystick bug — diagonal input on both Nintendo versions.
- Languages — ten text languages, two voice tracks.
